Diaconal Ordination of Rev. Karl Coulter

His Excellency Most Reverend Ivan Castañeda, Primate of North American Old Roman Catholic Church Utrecht Succession Archdiocese of California ordained Rev. Karl Coulter as deacon on January 26, 2025 at Jesus, El Buen Pastor, San Bruno, California, USA. Rev. Karl Coulter, a former Episcopalian pastor, aged 80 years old, was a Medical Doctor, an Orthopedic Surgeon by profession practicing in California. Although he is now retired, Rev Karl is still strong and active to function his ministry.

At aged 60, he studied Theology and graduated 4 years after then served as an episcopalian pastor in Gridley, California until he retired at aged 75. After his retirement as Pastor, he has been under Abp. Ivan studying Mariology, that inspired him to start praying the holy rosary, Ad Auds, received the sacrament of penance, confession, etc. He is now catholic and wanting to serve under NAORCC AoC. He will start his Old Roman Catholicism on February 2025.

Rev. Karl is humble and simple person. Let us pray for his vocation journey as he prepares for his sacerdotal ordination in the near future.
